Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Establish, improve, and continuously optimize the quality control system, processes, and standards for FM hard services to ensure compliance with local relevant regulations, industry requirements, and the company's quality objectives. Clarify the responsibilities and authorities of each position in quality control, and standardize and normalize quality control work.

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly quality control plans and implement them as planned.
  • Responsible for the establishment and management of the quality control team, including recruitment, training, and assessment. Formulate team work objectives and performance evaluation indicators, and motivate team members to improve work quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality monitoring throughout all aspects of FM hardware service work. Regularly conduct inspections to check the operational standards of FM hardware service personnel, equipment operating parameters, and the accuracy of maintenance records. Promptly identify and rectify quality issues in operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular comprehensive quality inspections and assessments to ensure the overall quality level of services.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze service quality data, regularly prepare FM hard service quality analysis reports, report on quality status and existing issues, and propose targeted quality improvement suggestions.
  • Organize professional skill training to enhance the business capabilities of team members.
  • Complete other work tasks related to quality control assigned by superior leaders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.

  • Have 5 years of work experience in Facility Management or related fields, with 2 years of team management experience.
  • Familiar with local regulations, standards, and industry norms related to facility and equipment management, with strong abilities in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, as well as coordination and communication skills, and team leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in using computer office software
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and Arabic.
