Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform inspections on piping, structural, welding, and mechanical works as per ADNOC and international standards (ASME, API, ISO). Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and procedures. Monitor and verify material certificates, welding procedures, and welder qualifications. Conduct NDT coordination (RT, UT, PT, MT) and review reports. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records. Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with ADNOC representatives, third-party inspectors, and contractors for quality-related matters. Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI certification (mandatory). ASNT Level II in RT, UT, PT, MT. In-depth knowledge of ADNOC standards and specifications. Strong understanding of international codes (ASME, API, ISO). Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior QC staff.
Extensive experience in ADNOC onshore/offshore projects. Familiarity with EPC project execution and QA/QC systems. Hands-on experience in welding inspection, piping, and structural works.
