Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the conformity of the Management System documentation with regulatory and normative requirements.
  • Structure and optimize the quality reference system to facilitate access to and use of documents.
  • To support and assist teams in the application of procedures and instructions.
  • Plan and participate in document audits and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Propose improvements to simplify, clarify and harmonize documents.
  • To ensure regulatory and normative monitoring impacting documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Industrial Engineer, Quality Engineer or equivalent.

1-2 years experience in Quality, ideally in an aeronautical environment.

  • Good ability to act
  • Ability to accompany, advise and support internal teams in formalizing their processes
  • Ability to understand, deploy and maintain a QMS in a demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, EN) and aeronautical regulations is appreciated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all departments.
