QHSE Management System Management: Coordinate the implementation, management and continuous improvement of the QHSE (quality, hygiene, safety, environment) Management System within the company.

Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all company practices comply with local, national and international standards regarding quality, hygiene, safety and the environment.

Monitoring objectives: Define the annual objectives of the QHSE department, monitor their progress and report to Management.

Audit preparation: Organize and supervise internal and external audits to assess the compliance of sites and practices with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Performance monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for QHSE and ensure monthly monitoring of these indicators.

Regulatory and technological monitoring: Ensure continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments and adapt company practices accordingly.

Crisis management: Take charge of crisis management related to QHSE non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

Reporting: Write detailed reports for the General Manager to assess QHSE results and propose action plans.

Team supervision: Lead, supervise and motivate the teams in the QHSE department, define individual and collective objectives and ensure their achievement.

Training: Identify QHSE training needs and organize continuing education sessions for staff.

Process development: Define and implement procedures and processes related to quality, safety, and the environment.
