QHSE Engineer

Main missions

• Responsible for ensuring the application of the quality management system at the level of his or her organization.

Duties (tasks and responsibilities):

• Ensure the distribution of approved documents and collect outdated documents and destroy them.
• Ensure the dissemination and explanation of the company's quality policy to managers and workers within its structure.
• Keep an up-to-date list of documents applicable to your organization.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of applicable recording media and a collection of these recording media within its structure.
• Monitor the corrective and preventive actions undertaken within its structure.
• Monitoring of customer complaint handling and measurement of customer satisfaction.
• Process and document on-site quality control in collaboration with project execution staff.
• Be familiar with the plans and specifications, including all revisions and modifications.
• To examine and observe critically and objectively the specific phases of construction
• Note each discrepancy or non-conformity, and inform the RMQ without delay.
• Record each observation in reports.

Assist the RMQ in:_x000D_

• Development and updating of work instructions and business procedures.
• Coordination and control of all administrative and project quality activities.
• Ensures the application of the various quality procedures and methodologies.
• Traceability of procedures and work instructions, monitoring of indicators.
• Sending procedures and work instructions to internal and external recipients of the project.
• Maintain and file approved work procedures and instructions accurately.
• Keep the observation sheets relating to the quality documents sent by the Project Owner.
• Record all procedures and work instructions sent and accompanied by transmittal slips in a database.

Access conditions :

• General training: Engineer in a field useful to the company's business.
• Professional training: Quality management training, Continuing education in relevant technical fields, HSE.
• Professional experience: 5 years.
