Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
QHSE Engineer
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Qualit :
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Quality Assurance
- Quality Control
- D marche d'am lioration continue
- Environmental Management System (EMS)
- conduct a quality, supplier, and environmental audit
- Design and implement a quality awareness program
- Evaluate the cost of non-conformities
- Supervise or perform quality control of incoming/outgoing products
- Organize and monitor the management of documentation and document monitoring.
- To verify the conformity of deliverables from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Support Technique :
- Provide technical support for installations and their evolution to clients
- Inform customers of any technical problems identified and any modifications and repairs to be made
- Analyze the technical problems encountered by the client and their constraints
- To determine the technical solutions and recommendations and communicate them to the clients
- Provide training on the company's new products and support teams and clients
- Develop technical documentation and make it available to clients
- Updating databases of questions and answers, knowledge, and practical technical solutions
- To guide and transmit complex technical problems from specialists (studies, research, maintenance, etc.)
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in QHSE, HSE or equivalent
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Analytical skills, rigor, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
