Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up schedules of planned preventive maintenance work, and supervise the service
  • provided by suppliers to ensure strict implementation of the plan.
  • Inspect projects regularly to identify problems and follow up timely resolutions of these problems.
  • Ensure prompt response and satisfactory closure of issues raised.
  • Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines.
  • Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
  • Develop strategies to evaluate projects technical performance.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project related to Quality Control, and the overall
  • Implementation of the QMS at project site.
  • Eye on the service development process to recognize the defects and deviations
  • Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
  • Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and statistical analysis.
  • Getting feedback from clients and also helping the external auditors.
  • Develop strategies to evaluate projects technical performance.
  • Review repairs work requests to optimize the required services.
  • Issuing of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR s) and follow-up of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Preparation and submission of QC reports and maintaining QC records for project completion and handover.
  • Determination of adverse quality trends and taking necessary action(s), in conjunction with others as appropriate, to address emerging issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Certifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) is mandatory
  • Certifications in Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) are preferred.

    Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control within the facility management industry.
  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
