Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You contribute actively to the risk prevention, the regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of working conditions and environmental performance.

Main Missions

Health, Safety & Risk Prevention

  • Identify and assess professional risks (DUERP, risk analyses)
  • Analyze incidents/accidents and manage corrective actions (5 Why, cause tree)
  • Deploy prevention plans and monitor their effectiveness
  • Ensure HSE regulatory compliance on site
  • Participate in the management of PPE, authorizations and safety training

Management system & compliance

  • Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 systems
  • Carry out internal audits and follow up on action plans
  • Update HSE documentation and associated procedures
  • Monitor HSE indicators (safety KPIs, environment)

Environment & continuous improvement

  • Manage environmental actions (waste, impacts, compliance)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, PDCA, Kaizen)
  • Contribute to the reduction of risks and non-conformities

Coordination & communication

  • Ensure the interface with internal teams and service providers
  • Participate in HSE meetings and internal bodies
  • Ensure clear and structured reporting of actions

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 / Engineer in QHSE, HSE or industrial field

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in an industrial environment (automotive is a plus)
  • Good command of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 standards
  • Knowledge of risk analysis and problem solving tools
  • Rigour, autonomy, field spirit and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and raise awareness among teams
