QHSE Lead

Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with ISO and local regulatory requirements.

• Ensure alignment with OFM s integrated QHSE management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.

Oversee quality control processes, including raw materials, production processes, and finished product inspections.

• Investigate product complaints and non-conformities, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with laboratory and production teams to maintain product standards.

Identify workplace hazards and implement risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.

• Lead safety training programs and toolbox talks for all levels of staff.
• Ensure compliance with national occupational health and safety regulations.

Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability goals.

• Implement waste management practices and pollution control measures.
• Promote energy-saving and environmental initiatives across the facility.

Build awareness and promote a safety-first, quality-conscious culture across all departments.

• Conduct QHSE training programs and coordinate drills and emergency response exercises.
• Support employee engagement in QHSE initiatives.

Prepare QHSE performance reports and dashboards for Oman Bio and OFM leadership.

• Act as the main liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Keep updated on changes in legislation and best practices in QHSE.
