Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • to develop and implement the company's QHSE policy
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Implement and monitor HSE procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and field inspections
  • Identify occupational risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Manage incidents and workplace accidents and analyze the causes
  • Raising awareness and training staff on HSE rules
  • Monitor QHSE performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing the certification processes (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)
  • Ensuring waste management and environmental protection
  • Supervise and coordinate the QHSE team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in QHSE, hygiene, safety or a similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
  • My mastery of IT tools and QHSE management systems
  • Experience in team management preferred
