Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related

field (required).

  • Master's degree in QHSE, Engineering, or Business Management is an advantage.

  • NEBOSH Diploma / IGC or equivalent internationally recognized safety qualification (required).

  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (preferred).

  • Minimum 10–15 years of QHSE experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong industry background in Facilities Management, Contracting, Construction, Industrial

Services, or Oil & Gas.

  • Proven track record managing multi-site, multi-discipline operations in KSA or the wider GCC

region.

  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA regulatory environment, MHRSD requirements, and major client QHSE standards.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills

  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
