Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the main HSE point of contact for the client within the region.
- Ensure effective implementation of the companies processes and procedures both onshore and offshore.
- Manage and support internal and external ISM/ISPS audits, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
- Lead or support incident investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor HSEQ performance, analyse trends, and recommend improvement actions.
- Oversee subcontractor compliance with the companies standards and procedures.
- Provide HSEQ input and advice for safe systems of work, tenders, and bids.
- Ensure emergency preparedness across all sites and teams.
- Collect, review, and analyse HSEQ data and submit client reports in a timely manner.
- Implement regional HSEQ initiatives and safety campaigns.
- Conduct offshore visits (approximately 30%) within Qatar, Northern Europe, and KSA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality roles.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate preferred.
- Certified Internal Auditor in at least one management system (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001).
- Internal Auditor certification in ISM is advantageous.
- DPA Training certificate.
- Root cause analysis training is advantageous.
