QHSE Manager to lead and maintain the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in our material testing laboratory. This leadership role demands an individual with an in-depth analytical mindset and a proactive commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. Conduct internal audits, manage external assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Health & Safety: Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Ensure safe practices including chemical handling, waste management, and PPE usage.
  
• Environmental Compliance: Oversee the proper disposal and management of hazardous/non-hazardous laboratory waste and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  
• Leadership & Reporting: Lead QHSE awareness initiatives, provide guidance to staff, and prepare and present performance reports to management.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in QHSE, with at least 3 years in a lead role within a material testing laboratory environment.
  
• Certifications: In-depth knowledge of and holding a certificate for ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  
• Skills: Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train, mentor, and influence staff at all levels.
