QHSE Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, procedures, and management systems in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee and ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure safe work environments, particularly in offshore and oil & gas operations.

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Aramco, for compliance, project approvals, and audits.

Provide training and mentorship to team members on QHSE practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay updated on changes in QHSE regulations, standards, and advancements relevant to the oil & gas and offshore sectors.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients on QHSE performance metrics and improvement plans.
