YOUR MISSION The QHSE Manager's primary mission is to support management in fulfilling HSE responsibilities. They provide technical support and act as a liaison for team leadership. They also have the authority to alert and authorize the cessation of work in the event of a major and imminent risk. Local implementation of the general QHSE policy: Contribute to the development of the site's prevention policy, monitor its implementation, and ensure its promotion. Participate in defining and implementing action plans within the framework of the implementation of global and local HSE guidelines and policies. Participate in drafting and/or communicating procedures, operating methods, instructions, safety instruction documents, etc. Assist operational managers in implementing objectives and ensure their application. Contribute to defining safety requirements related to the risks identified on the site. Management consulting: Advise and alert management to potential HSE risks and propose specific actions to be taken. Compliance with regulations and internal procedures on the ground: Conduct HSE visits and ensure compliance with instructions (life-saving rules). Guarantee the conformity of materials and equipment, as well as their proper use. Propose measures to correct discrepancies observed during HSE controls or audits, and provide support. Their implementation: Analyze HSE risks according to the current methodology. Identify risk situations, initiate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation. Continuous improvement: Monitor feedback and reporting on HSE activities within your scope. Propose alternatives for working conditions, hygiene, and safety in light of events related to the organization's experience. YOUR PROFILE : We are looking for a motivated, recent graduate ready to commit to a demanding and constantly evolving environment. A Master's degree (Bac +5) in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) or equivalent is required. Residency in Tangier is mandatory.
1 to 2 years of experience in QHSE;
ability to analyze HSE risks;
ability to lead HSE awareness/training sessions;
ability to analyze incidents and write procedures;
good command of computer tools (Office Suite, etc.)
