Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Risk prevention: Identify occupational risks, analyze workstations and propose corrective measures.
  • Regulatory compliance: Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Control and audit: Inspect workplaces, conduct internal audits to monitor compliance, and manage action plans.
  • Animation and training: Raising awareness and training staff on safety instructions, waste management and quality.
  • Incident management: Analyze workplace accidents or environmental incidents and investigate to prevent their recurrence.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree +3 to Master's degree in QHSE, HSE or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Generally 3-5 years minimum, often with prior field experience.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 14001), environmental and OHS regulations, risk analysis tools.
  • Personal qualities: Rigor, leadership, strong interpersonal skills (diplomacy), decisiveness, and responsiveness. 

Desired Candidate Profile
