QX Aviation LLC, a company specializing in the management and operation of aircraft fuel services at airports in the Sultanate of Oman, announces its desire to appoint:

Director of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

QHSE Manager

Main responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a quality, health, safety and environment strategy that ensures compliance with international standards and aviation requirements.

Monitoring the implementation of QHSE systems in operational sites and company facilities.

Supervising internal inspection and audit programs and reporting to senior management.

Leading emergency response plans and managing operational risks.

Supervising specialized training for operations staff in the areas of safety and aviation fuel.

Ensuring compliance with Oman CAA, ICAO, IATA, and JIG requirements.

Incident management, investigation, and implementation of recurrence prevention procedures.

Developing a culture of safety and quality among employees through development initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

University degree in health and safety, engineering, quality or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in the aviation or oil and gas sector.

Strong knowledge of aviation standards, especially JIG, IATA, ICAO.

Strong skills in developing policies, procedures, and emergency plans.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.
