Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
08-12 years experience in Egypt with Similar nature of projects and in international consultants.
Strong knowledge of international standards for quantity surveying and cost control.
Strong communication, reporting and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in cost analysis, material selection, and value engineering.
Using different type of software such as Bluebeam, plan swift, AutoCAD and Cost X (Mandatory).
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
