Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze tender documentation, collaborating with contractors to submit competitive bids.
  • Monitor project progress and expenditures, implementing cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the company's interests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • Professional certification, such as MRICS or equivalent, enhances credibility and demonstrates commitment to the field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry is preferred/UAE Experience.

  • Experience with large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects is a significant asset to the role.
