Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare complete quantity take-offs for all project items.
Prepare and verify purchase quantities in coordination with the procurement team.
Review subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and analyze consumption and waste rates for each work item.
Support cost control by preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow updates.
Conduct quantity verification and update records according to site progress.
Assist in evaluating variation orders and price comparisons.

Bachelor s degree in architecture or Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or construction management.
Strong knowledge of consumption and waste rates for construction materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with cost management Revit software (e.g., Candy, CostX) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and within a project team.

Desired Candidate Profile
