Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for projects.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents for projects.
Monitoring project costs and changes during execution.
Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Calculate projects wastage of material base for the slabs size and shop drawings approved.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation for effective cost management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a proven track record in successful project cost estimation and management.
Experience in large-scale construction projects, indicating ability to handle complex cost scenarios and deliver effective solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software.
