Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates

Review drawings and specifications

Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations

Monitor project costs and budget control

Handle variation orders and claims

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Prepare payment certificates and cost reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience (Steel/Construction field preferred)

Strong knowledge of contracts and FIDIC

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost control software

Good communication and negotiation

Candidates should be available in UAE and immediate to join
