Monitor project costs and control deviations against approved budgets

Prepare and submit RA bills, final bills, and variation claims

Certify subcontractor bills and manage payment certifications

Track billing, collections, and revenue recognition

Review contract documents, specifications, and conditions

Manage variations, extra items, escalation, and claims

Prepare contractual correspondence and support dispute resolution

Finalize scope, measurements, and rates with subcontractors

Monitor subcontractor performance, quantities, and costs

Ensure timely certification and closure of subcontractor accounts

Prepare cost-to-complete and project profitability forecasts

Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions

Prepare commercial MIS, cash flow forecasts, and reports for management

Coordinate with project, planning, billing, procurement, and finance teams

Lead and mentor QS and billing engineers

Support tendering and pre-contract activities when required
