1- Analyze construction drawings and specifications

2- Compare the BOQ with contract documents to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies (review Quantities, Materials type and specs .)

3- Calculate and document the bill of materials BOM & PR, required for the project,

4- Communicate with planning and procurement to make sure of availability of material (dimensions, time frame, market cost as per quote), update on system BC and communicate with pricing and sales to have approval in updating the quotation.

5- Coordination with technical draftsman, regarding approximate quantities as per drawings; then review final as per APPROVED technical drawings

6- Estimate the required time for the production and completion of each item in terms of production planning schedule, delivery terms, procurement of materials as per the contract specifications.

7- Maintain thorough documentation of all calculations, estimations, and relevant correspondence, approved from Factory Manager. Prepare regular reports for management (pricing, Finance, procurement, project planning, High management ) and stakeholders.

8- Record in NCR list, any Non-conformity detected with any department (Estimation, Production, Procurement, Technical )
