Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and grow the QSR channel to achieve sales, profit, and business expansion .
Manage and develop international and local QSR accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer side.
Drive menu development and customized product solutions with R&D and Quality teams.
Lead, coach, and motivate the QSR sales team.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure profitability.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in foodservice/QSR sales, including processed meat or poultry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
