Roles & Responsibilities

The role holder should have an in-depth understanding of the audit function and be able to execute quality audits in a timely and accurate manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Multi-lingual Communication is mandatory - Fluent English, Urdu, Arabic
  • Experience in Call Centre Quality Assurance and process improvement
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports/dashboards, and identify trends
  • Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and Arabic
  • Skilled in coaching, calibrations, and training support
  • Knowledge of SOPs, QA standards, and call center best practices
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
