Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor QMS process performance and quality KPIs, analyze trends, identify systemic issues, and recommend improvement actions to management.
Facilitate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities for systemic, recurring, or high risk issues, including root cause analysis and verification of action effectiveness.
Compile and maintain management review inputs, including audit results, KPI performance, CAPA status, customer issues, and improvement opportunities.
Support process mapping, value stream analysis, and workflow reviews to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication, and control gaps.
Lead or facilitate cross functional quality improvement initiatives using lean, practical, and risk based improvement methods.
Monitor changes in applicable standards, customer requirements, and internal processes; assess QMS impact and coordinate required updates.
Support risk based thinking within the QMS by facilitating process risk assessments and tracking quality related risks and opportunities.
Coordinate QMS awareness sessions and support quality related training in collaboration with department managers.
Maintain controlled records related to audits, CAPA outcomes, and quality improvement activities.
Support external, customer, and certification audits as required.
Promote quality awareness throughout the organization and comply with company QHSE requirements.
Skills:
Strong analytical and systems thinking capability.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Good facilitation skills for audits, CAPA, and improvement workshops.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality data analysis tools.
Experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Science, Business, or a related discipline.
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification recommended.
Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits and coordinating corrective action programs.
Strong practical understanding of process mapping, risk-based thinking, and root cause analysis.
Experience with lean tools, value stream mapping, or structured process improvement methods is preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is an advantage.
Knowledge of industry standards applicable to the business is an advantage.
