Develop and implement robust QA/QC systems across all operations
Establish quality benchmarks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Conduct rigorous audits and inspections of processes and products
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices
Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed quality performance reports
Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on quality matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

Certified Quality Auditor/Manager (CQA/CQM preferred)
Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools
Proficiency in quality management software (QMS, SAP QM)
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Thorough understanding of industry-specific regulations in KSA
