Challenge BUs on facilitating and sharing knowledge and
non-conformities within their teams.
Prepare the DE slide with a Pareto chart for sharing during Steering
Committee meetings
. Challenge BUs on CLC items + review of the coverage matrix. Facilitate
operational quality training.
Resolve CLC issues raised by consultants
. Extract internal KPIs (internal FTRs).
Update internal KPIs in the VM.
Ensure the successful launch of new activities while respecting the
internal process (Under construction).
Monitor and manage the deployment of training plans.
Ensure the implementation and updating of skills matrices.
Ensure the Capitalizing on and promoting technical reference materials
; preparing the weekly quality synthesis; autonomy and versatility
; developing dashboards; correlation
