We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and quality checks. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, improving product quality, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage of our software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to validate the software against requirements and user expectations.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Review and analyze system specifications to identify potential areas of improvement or risk.
• Ensure that software releases are stable, reliable, and meet the required standards before deployment.
• Provide detailed reports on test results, defects, and overall product quality to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and document defects accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
