Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and monitoring of products, processes, or systems to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests, non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, facilitating interviews, and implementing audit recommendations.
  • Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to resolve quality concerns and improve overall product quality.
  • Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and other documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, or other relevant regulations depending on industry.
  • Support training efforts by assisting with the development and delivery of quality training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a QA or QC role, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines .
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
