Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods and protocols for quality assurance processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests, results, and quality control activities.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies within the laboratory environment.
Prepare and review technical reports, certificates of analysis, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with international quality standards.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior laboratory staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes and contribute to the development of quality management systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality assurance or analytical chemistry role within a digital printing manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and laboratory best practices.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards relevant to manufacturing and export.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and laboratory health regulations.
Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site in a laboratory or manufacturing facility.
