Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
/p>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a core member of the Quality team, you will ensure excellence across our supply chain and manufacturing processes:
- Audit Management: Conduct rigorous audits for suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure compliance.
- Reporting & CAPA: Issue detailed audit reports and diligently follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to closure.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on factory Quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Internal Quality: Lead internal audit processes and support the team in remaining "audit-ready" at all times.
- Compliance: Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and strict internal quality standards across operations.
- Operational Support: Support product trials and ensure all audit documentation is accurately maintained.
- Supplier Relations: Coordinate effectively with suppliers regarding quality agreements and standards.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Science.
- Experience: 2 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Auditing, or Quality Reporting.
- Mobility: Flexible mobility to follow company factories, suppliers, and toll partners.
- Technical Knowledge: Training or certification in GMP and Quality Risk Management is highly valued.
- Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities and a sharp Critical & analytical mindset.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
