Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role of the QA Coordinator is ensure the proper and timely adoption of quality standards defined by the management and based on international organizations rules; it includes defining, developing and reviewing all procedures and processes as well as ensuring compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the controlled documents for all company procedures and processes.
  • Initiate procedure development and review.
  • Ensure all procedures are communicated effectively to colleagues; update training and refresher plans with the department heads.
  • Ensure all activities follow quality and safety standards set by BRCGS, RBI-BK
  • Focus on compliance for HR, procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Periodically audit all aspects of the company to ensure compliance.
  • Follow-up with operations for compliance with safety and security policies and directives.
  • Investigate accidents, near-misses and security breaches; present periodical reports to management.
  • Ensure the appropriate safety, instruction and operational signage is placed appropriately at the work sites and offices.
  • Validate Key Performance Indicators provided to operations, project and executive management.
  • Set housekeeping rules and standards; ensure compliance.
  • Responsible of the implementation and the application of the Food Safety Management System
  • Supervises personnel in sanitation and safety practices in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintains records of all documents including master lists, prepares and verifies most of the forms
  • Evaluates the system in all sections.
  • Responsible of the internal and external communication
  • Organizes training to the staff and conduct internal audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

BA in Business Administration, Information & Documentation or any other related field.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

Excellent computer literacy.

Detail oriented and very accurate.

Well-mannered and presentable.
