Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality assurance strategies and systems across all production lines.
  • Supervise and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among staff.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints, non-conformities, and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, preferably within the printing services.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and customer quality requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
