Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits
  • Test products and materials for compliance
  • Document quality issues and non-conformances
  • Work with teams to resolve quality problems
  • Maintain quality management systems (ISO standards)
  • Train staff on quality procedures
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Experience with quality testing and inspection methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Certification in quality management preferred
