Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system and business requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and identify potential quality issues early.
• Log, track and verify defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
• Conduct thorough testing across mobile applications, web platforms, and APIs to ensure performance, usability, and compliance with specifications.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks where applicable.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-1 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile development teams.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in test management tools and issue tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of automated testing tools and practices.
• Ability to design test cases based on detailed system requirements and user stories.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms, including mobile (iOS/Android), web applications, and APIs.
