Roles & Responsibilities

· Implement and improve QA processes & procedures · Collaborate with production, engineering & customer service teams · Conduct internal & external audits · Address customer complaints & after-sales technical support · Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities · Ensure compliance with quality standards (NQA, ISO, ASTM, IEEE)

Desired Candidate Profile

· Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Polymers · 4–6 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing · Knowledge of Nuclear QA systems & cable standards · Strong project management, communication & problem-solving skills · Open to UAE Nationals Only
