Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for home appliance products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Analyze product quality data and identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and customer service to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Lead investigations into product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the development and execution of testing plans for new products and product modifications.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Male, live in Sadat city or 6th of October area
5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within the home appliances or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analyses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using quality-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
