Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project.

Plan and execute testing for simple features to validate their functionality and performance.

Work collaboratively with more senior teammates to set realistic and ambitious short- and long-term goals and break them down to smaller modules.

Mentor and guide junior members of the testing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their development

Identify and support areas of growth for teammates that consider their skills, backgrounds and working styles to leverage their unique skills, and prompt continuous learning.

Work closely with partner circles (Product/Delivery/Development) to ensure clear communication and setting expectations and requirements.

Push boundaries to generate and implement ideas that aim to drive our products and tools forward.

6-8 years of experience in testing, Experience in post man, Swagger, SQL and Oracle Database, IntelliJ, JMeter, Android Studio, Appium, eclipse.

Hands-on experience in Appium and rest assured.

Extensive knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Background in performance and Load test

Functional Security Testing

OWASP Knowledge

Fintech Background, PCI compliance is a plus
