Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company s quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

  • Lead and supervise the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet internal and external quality requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations throughout all manufacturing and converting processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies during quality and safety audits.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the manufacturing, paper, or packaging industry.

  • Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
