Quality Assurance Manager

Ensuring the incoming raw material inspection matches the quality standards and customer specifications

Responsible for monitoring the quality of the company's products to ensure they comply with quality standards and required specs.

Analyzing production samples to evaluate the reports from QC and production and ensure that they match the required specifications

Handling customer claims and performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement

Monitoring the performance of production and quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Following up on the company's quality documentation system and updating it when required

Evaluating the quality of packaging materials and ensuring they are compliant

Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products

Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant to the industry

A minimum of 10 years experience in the Frozen Fruits and Vegetables or Food industry

Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational & leadership skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, BRC standards, and QC procedures

Good grasp of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint

Good command of written and spoken English
