Manage the recording and processing of non-conformities (internal and external);

Write and submit 8D reports for the different types of non-conformities defined by quality standards;

Monitor the evolution of the different statuses of the 8D reports;

Establish and analyze monthly quality KPIs;

Track and monitor the qualifications of new processes;

Track and monitor unqualified supplier components;

Conduct program quality audits and ensure follow-up on corrective action requests and their processing;

Ensure that all customer requirements received are met;

Ensure compliance with the various instructions relating to the required level of product quality;

Ensure skills management and monitoring of authorizations;

Communicate quality procedures and instructions and ensure their application;

Implementing ISPs, LAI & DVI;

Participate in the deployment of the energy management system and support any improvement action;

Take action in case of energy drift and monitor energy KPIs (Lighting / air leaks / air conditioning);

To propose ideas aimed at optimizing energy consumption and low carbon emissions, and to deploy benchmarking actions;
