What You ll Do

* Oversee quality assurance testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance validation.
* Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, methodologies, and processes tailored to project needs.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals to maintain a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Act as the key liaison for QA across project managers, analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
* Provide strategic direction to ensure testing activities align with organizational goals and project timelines.
* Collaborate on test plans and ensure adequate coverage across software development lifecycle stages.
* Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimization to improve efficiency.
* Drive adoption of QA best practices, innovative tools, and industry standards.
* Track QA performance metrics, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous process improvements.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline; Master s preferred.
* 8 12 years of progressive QA and software testing experience, including test planning and execution.
* Proven success in leading QA teams and managing complex software project testing.
* Expertise in manual and automated testing tools with emphasis on QA best practices.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and integration projects.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance hands-on testing involvement with strategic oversight.
