Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility:
- Conduct bulk production audits upon warehouse receipt using Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards.
- Develop, revise, and manage specifications and grading to ensure styling integrity is maintained.
- Ensure strict adherence to all defined quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Monitor product development timelines and follow up with suppliers to ensure they meet defined quality requirements.
- Provide suppliers with technical specifications including measurements, workmanship, and quality expectations.
- Review and approve samples at various stages-development, fit, sealer, and shipment-to ensure product consistency.
- Identify potential risks in quality and recommend preventive actions to mitigate issues before bulk production.
- Guide suppliers on product safety standards and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Work to reduce customer complaints and claims by analyzing customer feedback and implementing quality improvement measures.
- Document and report inspection findings accurately, ensuring timely submission of quality reports, non-conformance records, and corrective action logs in accordance with company standards and audit requirements.
Desired Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields, such as quality control, quality analysis, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of garment/product specifications, AQL standards, and supplier communication.
- Experience working within manufacturing or retail environments is preferred.
