Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all building operations and maintenance (O&M) activities are executed in compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and quality benchmarks. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and monitoring the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance works to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists for O&M services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP, HVAC, civil, and electrical systems.
- Monitor the quality of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformances, recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to address and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field.
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in QA/QC within Facilities Management or O&M services.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, civil, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
