Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
 - Implement and maintain ISO programs, ensuring adherence to quality management systems.
 - Lead internal and external audits to maintain business continuity, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
 - Conduct quality analyses to improve operational performance, set action plans, and monitor their execution.
 - Ensure alignment between planned and actual production outputs.
 - Monitor and control all manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards.
 - Perform quality audits and assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
 - Investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues, implementing effective solutions.
 - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 - Oversee the preparation and activation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to quality management, production, R&D, maintenance, and procurement.
 - Supervise the proper storage and preservation of raw materials to maintain quality standards.
 - Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
 - Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities, including audit reports and corrective actions.
 - Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
 - Create training materials and operational manuals to support quality assurance initiatives.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in science, quality management, or a related field.
 - Minimum of one year of experience as a quality assurance specialist, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
 - In-depth knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methodologies, and tools.
 - Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), and regulatory compliance.
 - Proficiency in quality control methodologies, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
 - Ability to analyse data, identify quality gaps, and implement effective corrective actions.
 - Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in quality assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Good command of English.
 - Relevant training and/or certifications in quality assurance are preferable.
