Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with the documented production cycle, starting from receiving the production order until delivering the final product to the warehouse as the customer of the production process, in accordance with the SIPOC model.
- Responsible for implementing In-Process Control (IPC) procedures.
- Follow up on all customer returns and ensure they are quarantined in the warehouse to prevent re-release to customers and monitor reprocessing activities.
- Verify product information, including (product name, origin, code, expiry date, weight, and safety instructions).
- Inform the warehouse of all product data and supervise preparation in accordance with required standards.
- Ensure incoming materials comply with approved specifications and standards.
- Prepare required reports for local incoming materials in coordination with sales and procurement and submit them to the direct manager and concerned departments.
- Supervise product storage operations, provide recommendations for proper storage methods, and develop an expiry-date control plan.
- Supervise and monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock with respect to validity and proper storage conditions.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
- Participate in preparing reports and drafting SOPs, procedures, and forms in accordance with document control procedures.
- Participate in internal audit activities according to the audit plan approved by the department manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks, provided they do not conflict with the nature of the job or the responsibilities of other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in science, quality management, or a related field.
- Experience 1 to 3 years
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in quality assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze data, identify quality gaps, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
