Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes, documentation, and service delivery to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, preparing detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and process deviations.
  • Support training initiatives by developing and delivering quality-related training materials to staff.
  • Assist in the review and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance quality assurance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
