Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of processes, documentation, and service delivery to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, preparing detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and process deviations.
- Support training initiatives by developing and delivering quality-related training materials to staff.
- Assist in the review and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance quality assurance processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry guidelines.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
