Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review quality system documents prior to issuance.
  • Supervise the preparation of the internal audit plan.
  • Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformities identified during internal audits.
  • Monitor procedures that require updates or modifications within the company.
  • Form and participate in the training of the internal audit team.
  • Monitor service provider companies and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Coordinate with the HR department regarding training plans.
  • Submit departmental reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Supervise and conduct daily follow-ups on all warehouses to ensure compliance with good storage practices.
  • Supervise and conduct daily follow-ups on production halls and processes to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Conduct planned and unplanned internal audits across all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A relevant university degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
  • Training in Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Training in Internal Audit Management.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good command of the English language.
